Virginia Stadler is one of VisionBank's cornerstone employees with her journey in the banking industry starting at Hawkeye Federal as a teller in 1990. After gaining a few years of experience and establishing friendships with other community bank leaders, she made the decision to join the team working to launch the Community Bank of Boone in 1999 – which would later become known as VisionBank.
Since that day, Virginia's dedication and expertise have seen her rise through various key roles, including Retail Manager, Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, Trust Officer, and most recently, Chief Risk Officer.
Her extensive experience and deep understanding of the bank's operations made her the perfect fit for the role of Chief Operating Officer. Her knowledge of the bank's deposit and operational capabilities stems from her significant contributions to the original development and enhancement of these areas. Throughout her career, Virginia has been instrumental in optimizing efficiencies, refining policies, and streamlining day-to-day operations.
Virginia's established relationships with industry partners such as Fiserv and Precision are invaluable assets that VisionBank plans to leverage to further improve the user experience. Her unwavering commitment to customer service is evident from her extensive tenure in the retail sector, where she forged strong connections with customers, guiding them through their financial journeys.
