Ames, Iowa – November 6, 2025 – VisionBank of Iowa is proud to announce that Heather Miller, Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, representing Group 3 member banks.
In this distinguished role, Miller will provide valuable insights on community banking and local economic conditions across the Seventh Federal Reserve District, which includes Iowa, and portions of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Her appointment underscores the important voice of locally owned, community-focused financial institutions in shaping the nation’s monetary policy discussions.
