VisionBank Announces New President/CEO, Paul Jacobson

Heather Miller, Chair of VisionBank of Iowa and VisionBankshares, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Paul Jacobson as President/CEO of VisionBank of Iowa.

Jacobson is a longtime banking executive and comes to VisionBank with over 30 years of senior level banking experience. Most recently serving as President of American Bank in Le Mars, IA.

Jacobson will be responsible for leading the VisionBank team and reporting to the Board of Directors. He will office out of our Ames Duff location but will spend time in all of our market locations.

His people-focused leadership style, industry expertise, and market understanding will build on the success VisionBank continues to achieve.”

New Perspective, Established Experience

A recognized industry advocate, Jacobson has served on the board of directors for the Le Mars Chamber of Commerce and as President of the Le Mars Rotary Club. He was also the Board President of the Plains Area Mental Health Center and is a longstanding board member of the Community Bankers of Iowa.
