Why is VisionBank upgrading its digital banking platform?
We’re committed to delivering an exceptional banking experience. Configure Digital offers a more modern interface, enhanced security, and powerful tools to help you manage your money more efficiently anytime, anywhere.
When will the upgrade happen?
The new Configure Digital experience will launch on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Online and mobile banking access may be temporarily unavailable during the early morning hours as we complete the transition.
Will I need to download a new mobile app?
No. The mobile app and online banking portal will update automatically on September 17. Simply ensure your app is updated to the latest version for the best experience.
Will my username and password stay the same?
Your username will remain the same. For security reasons, you may be prompted to reset your password the first time you log in to the new system.
Will my scheduled transfers and bill payments carry over?
Yes. Scheduled transfers and existing bill payees will transfer automatically. However, we recommend reviewing your transfers and payees after logging in to ensure accuracy.
Will my transaction history be available in the new system?
Yes, you’ll be able to view a full transaction history from the old system once you log in to Configure Digital.
What new features will be available in Configure Digital?

Yes. Starting in late August, we’ll be providing video tutorials, quick start guides, and helpful tips at visionbank.com/configure to make the transition easy for you.
Is the new system secure?
Absolutely. Configure Digital uses advanced encryption and multi-factor authentication to keep your financial information safe and secure.
What about business customers?
Business online banking users will also transition to Configure Digital and receive access to enhanced account management tools. Treasury Management Business users will receive Separate communication with additional instructions and training resources.
What happens if I don’t log in by September 17?
The old platform will no longer be supported and your online access will automatically update to the new system. To access your accounts, you will need to log in through visionbank.com or open the updated mobile app on or after September 17.
